Grayce & Co, in partnership with the qualitative market research firm Beacon Insight, conducted unprecedented research on the nuanced, paradoxical values of today’s “New Fashioned” woman and their impact on purchasing decisions and brand relations.

The Female Brand Index

Women gravitate and are ferociously loyal to brands that embody “feminine” traits. The Female Brand Index analyzes how brands perform against 10 core “feminine” brand building attributes. We collect and analyze data across messaging and media, which allows us to identify strengths and opportunities for a brand.

Build Like A Woman


Grayce & Co’s Build Like a Woman program aims to ignite female entrepreneurship and get 10,000 women to take the pledge to start a business. We harness the innate business building superpowers that women have by offering support, inspiration, funding, and leadership.


Kathleen Griffith is the award-winning founder of Grayce & Co. Best known for fearless strategy and out-of-the-box thinking, her guiding vision has instilled in Grayce & Co the agility to grapple with large problems and produce elegant and effective solutions.

Named after our founder Kathleen’s grandmother, Grayce, who was known for her silent strength and grace until the age of 99. Her name serves to remind us that values come first, and to never forget all of the women who helped us get to where we are today.
