Grayce & Co works with Fortune 500 brands and media companies and in the past five years alone Kathleen has directed more than $500M in marketing dollars with clients ranging from NIKE Women to Verizon. Kathleen is a sought-after leader and investor in the startup space. Her first investment, which she advised alongside LinkedIn Co-Founder Reid Hoffman, was acquired by Dropbox. 

A champion of women’s causes, Kathleen serves on the executive committee of Cannes Lions ‘See It Be It’, which fosters the advancement of female creative talent. Kathleen is also the Founder of Build Like A Woman, a global platform providing inspiration, tools and community for women to rise and thrive in all aspects of their businesses and lives.
